### Saturday Breakfast Buffet — £10
Every Saturday, fill your plate from our breakfast buffet for just £10. Bacon, sausages, eggs, beans, hash browns, toast, cereals and more. Served until 11:30am.

### Carvery — Sundays & Wednesdays
Traditional carvery with hand-carved roast meats (beef, turkey, gammon, pork), Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and all the trimmings. Served every Sunday 11:45am–7:00pm and every Wednesday 12:00pm–3:00pm. Booking strongly recommended.

### Breakfast
The Ridge All-Day Breakfast (£13.95) — sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, tomato, mushrooms, hash browns and toast. Brunch (£11.95). Ham, egg & chips (£13.95). Plus traditional choices, served all day.

### Homemade Cakes & Desserts
Fresh-baked daily — cakes, cheesecakes and traditional desserts. Open for coffee and cake any time, no booking needed.

### Cornish Cream Tea
Warm freshly baked scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam, served with a pot of tea.
